I reached out to support, but the replies were really slow and kind of confusing. I didn't feel like I got much help.

They’re decent overall and work fine, but shipping was slower than I expected. Not bad purchase, just wish it got here little sooner

The legs showed up shorter than the size listed, which was really frustrating. I feel like this is one of those policy loopholes where they can technically say measurements may vary or whatever, but when you’re buying based on specific dimensions, it should actually match. Disappointing.

Right away, the packaging gave me a bad feeling. The box was super thin and showed up half crushed, so my first impression was already disappointing. When I opened it, the parts were just loose inside with hardly any padding, and nothing really seemed protected. For the price I paid, I expected the packing to be a lot better
